Our Mission
Our mission is to put vacant property and land to meaningful use for the benefit of the public.
We provide charities, emergency services and public law enforcement agencies with rent-free access to suitable commercial, residential, agricultural and open land, enabling them to carry out their work more effectively while making productive use of otherwise vacant spaces.
By offering a straightforward, flexible and efficient process, we help organisations access the premises they need, whether for short-term projects or longer-term operational requirements. In doing so, we support charitable activity, strengthen essential public services and contribute to safer, stronger communities.
